Musical Background: I got into music playing piano and in orchestras throughout
elementary, middle, high school. I graduated in 2005 from Duke University, where I sang with the
Pitchforks and
Vespers, a mixed small a
cappella ensemble with a focus in sacred renaissance music. After graduating, I sang with
transit for two years before moving across
the country to pursue a new career. I still do a lot of a cappella outside the AACI - arranging,
working with transit on songwriting, producing/editing for college and pro groups, and writing
music.
Personal Information: I love the outdoors - backpacking, biking, kayaking, anything
outside. I also love traveling, BMWs, Pixar movies, and Apple products.
