Alli Brooks
Position: Creative Director
Location: Tallahassee, FL
Musical Background: I joined Florida State University's
All-Night Yahtzee in 2004 and served as
the group's Business Manager from 2006 - 2008. Yahtzee has had the privilege of representing the South
at the ICCA finals in New York City for the past three years, finally taking First Runner-Up at the
2008 finals. I myself was awarded "Outstanding Soloist" at the year's semifinal round. At FSU, I also
sang in the University Gospel Choir
and performed in several on- and off-campus musical theatre productions. Prior to attending FSU, I was
the President of my high school theatre troupe, sang in local choirs, and competed at District and
Regional Festivals for piano and voice.
Personal Information: As of April 25th, I am now a graduate of THE Florida State
University with double majors in French and Italian and a minor in Theatre. I work as a commissioned
artist and a sometimes-art teacher on the side. Besides a cappella, languages, and art, I like robots,
nature documentaries, NPR, the BBC, and jokes about fruits and vegetables. I probably know more jokes
than anyone you know.
